A historic beachfront villa

Villa El Rincón is one of the few remaining private estates on Marbella’s Golden Mile that sits directly on the beachfront while retaining full residential privacy.

The villa was designed by Robert Mosher, a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright, whose influence is visible in how the structure relates to the landscape: spaces open toward the sea, the garden absorbs the buildings rather than framing them, and the scale of the property never feels institutional.

That architectural intention is still intact.

The estate provides 15 guest bedrooms (up to 30 ppl) distributed across the main house, guest house, and pool house, with an additional 3 staff bedrooms in the service house.

This structure resolves the common problem in large villa bookings where room quality varies too widely across the property.

All guest rooms are supported with practical consistency: toiletries and amenities, blow dryers, Apple TV, and a Nespresso machine in every room.

The infinity pool faces the Mediterranean without interruption. At this distance from the water, the horizon line and the pool edge are the same thing.

For groups of this size, a single pool becomes a bottleneck by mid-morning. The secondary pool keeps the estate functional: families split naturally, quieter guests have their own zone, and the main terrace doesn’t turn into a sun-lounger queue.
