Villa El Rincón is one of the few remaining private estates on Marbella’s Golden Mile that sits directly on the beachfront while retaining full residential privacy.
The villa was built in 1968 in Andalusian Moorish style by Robert Mosher, a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright, whose influence is visible in how the structure relates to the landscape: spaces open toward the sea, the garden absorbs the buildings rather than framing them, and the scale of the property never feels institutional. At its centre, a courtyard with a fountain cools the main rooms, and the 98 m² main living room has a fireplace, a piano and works of art.

Villa El Rincón is rented to one group at a time: 15 bedrooms, two outdoor pools and a separate wellness floor on Marbella’s Golden Mile, for your guests only.

Fifteen guest bedrooms sleep up to 30 guests: seven in the main house, seven in the guest house and one in the pool house. Thirteen are en-suite, and every room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a Nespresso machine.

The heated infinity pool, 150 m², faces the Mediterranean, and a second outdoor pool sits in the landscaped gardens. For eating outside there are several dining areas, a barbecue and a pizza oven.

Villa El Rincón can host weddings, wellness and yoga retreats, and corporate stays.
Weddings
Ceremony, dinner and party on one private beachfront estate, with no other event on site. Up to 30 guests can stay in the villa’s 15 bedrooms.
Retreats
Run a full programme without leaving the estate: sessions in the gardens, the gym and sauna on the wellness floor, and meals cooked on site by a private chef booked through the concierge. No outside guests share the property.
Corporate events
Off-sites for up to 30 people, with 15 bedrooms, private meeting spaces, a main dining room for 18, a 12-seat cinema and outdoor dining on a beachfront estate rented to your team only.

How many guests can stay, and how are the bedrooms split?
15 guest bedrooms for up to 30 guests: seven in the main house, seven in the guest house and one in the pool house. Staff stay in the fourth building, a separate service house with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 staff, so your chef, nanny or security team never take guest rooms.
Does the villa have direct access to the beach?
Yes. Villa El Rincón sits frontline on Marbella’s Golden Mile, with direct access to the beach from inside the property.
How private are the gardens, pools and terraces?
The four villas sit within 11,800 m² of landscaped gardens, and the estate is rented to one group at a time, so pools, terraces and gardens are shared only with your own guests.
What is included in the weekly rate, and what costs extra?
Included: the on-site team (Villa Manager, Head of Household, Handyman and Gardener), daily housekeeping with linen changed every 2–3 days, a welcome basket, pre-stocking and unpacking on arrival, utilities, and pool heating in mid and high season.
Extra: pool heating in low season (€1,500/week + VAT), extra housekeeping (€30/hour + VAT), laundry (per item), the event fee (case-by-case) and services such as a private chef, butler service, daily breakfast, airport transfers and yacht charters.
Is the villa comfortable in both summer and winter?
The estate has air conditioning and underfloor heating. The infinity pool is heated, included in mid and high season and available on request in low season.
What security does the estate have?
The estate has an alarm system with CCTV and motion detection. The full security set-up is described in the house documentation and the rental contract.
Can we hold a wedding, retreat or corporate event?
Yes, once the plan is agreed in advance: schedule, number of guests, suppliers, staff, music and any security needs. The event fee is quoted case-by-case and confirmed in writing.
How do arrivals work for a group of up to 30?
Arrivals are planned before you travel: arrival times, access to the estate, parking, the on-site team’s schedule and, if you use outside suppliers, their delivery times.
